Delete Your Penatuku Account
You can request deletion of your Penatuku account and associated data by contacting Biner Labs support. This page explains what to include in the request, what data is affected, and what data may need to be retained for legitimate reasons.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Penatuku account and associated data, send an email to Biner Labs support.
The Penatuku team may ask for identity or account verification before processing the request.
- Send the request to support@binerlabs.com.
- Use subject: Penatuku Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address registered in the Penatuku app.
- Optionally include your business or outlet name if available.
Data that will be deleted or anonymized
When a deletion request is approved, Penatuku will delete or anonymize data associated with the user account, including where applicable:
- Account profile information
- Authentication identifiers
- Outlet or workspace data associated with the account
- Customer records created in the app
- Transaction records created in the app
- Catalog, service, pricing, and operational configuration data
- Other app data associated with the account
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained only when required for legitimate reasons such as:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention
- Accounting, audit, or dispute resolution
- Backup retention before scheduled deletion
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Partial data deletion
Penatuku does not currently provide a separate self-service request flow for deleting only part of your data without deleting your account. For data-related questions, contact support@binerlabs.com.
